Newsroom / Ożóg Tomczykowski Law Firm is participating in the meeting of Entrepreneurship Council at Polish President’s Office
Today a meeting of the Entrepreneurship Council at the Polish President’s Office is being held in the Presidential Palace, focusing primarily on efficient succession in Polish family businesses. The main aspect to be addressed will be the concept of introducing into the Polish legal system a family foundation institution, which is well-known and widely used in other European jurisdictions.
At the request of and in co-operation with the Council of Family Businesses at the Lewiatan Confederation, with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology, we had the pleasure of establishing conceptual assumptions for the Polish family foundation. At today's meeting, the goals of the Polish family foundation as well as the main assumptions of an appropriate Bill are being presented by Katarzyna Karpiuk, who together with Paweł Tomczykowski took an active part in the conceptual work concerning this institution and its embedment in Polish law.
