Wojciech is a tax advisor, a member of Confederation Lewiatan’s Tax Council, an expert within legislative work concerning the tax on goods and services, and a member of the working team established at the Ministry of Finance for development of a “Methodology on evaluating the exercise of due care by buyers of goods in domestic transactions". He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University. He specialises in tax on goods and services (VAT). Wojciech advises entities carrying out operations in different industries, in particular real estate, developer, financial, service, energy, manufacturing industries; as well as local government units. He is experienced in managing advisory projects, both as part of ongoing tax advisory and those connected with performing complex restructuring transactions, tax audits, and due diligence projects. He represents taxpayers in proceedings carried out before tax authorities and administrative courts. He authored numerous publications on tax law.
