Katarzyna iis an attorney-at-law, having graduated from Gdańsk University and Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois (LL.M. in Comparative and International Law with Honors – specialising in Corporate Finance and International Business Transactions), and from the Companies Academy of the Warsaw School of Economics. She gained experience in reputable law firms in Poland and the United States, also as an in-house lawyer, providing ongoing legal and corporate services to entities from e.g. civil aviation, fuel, and energy industries. She specialises in civil law and company law. She advises and provides corporate services to both Polish and foreign entities with respect to restructuring projects, capital and ownership changes, and transaction processes. She has experience in servicing authorities of joint-stock companies and in preparing company prospectuses. She advises Clients during proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Katarzyna is involved in negotiating multi-million contracts with the participation of foreign entities, including the purchase of a fleet of passenger aeroplanes and business jet aeroplanes. She is successful in court disputes and co-ordination of court disputes carried out abroad.
