Aleksander creates financially most effective remuneration structures for management staff and builds various types of incentive systems. In addition, his area of expertise covers succession processes, implementation of solutions allowing the use of 50% tax costs, creation of compliance management policies, fulfilment of reporting obligations towards the National Bank of Poland, reporting of tax patterns, and implementation of Employee Capital Plans.
Aleksander participates in numerous due diligences and ensures day-to-day support for the largest private sector companies. He has experience in various sectors, including the media, IT, energy, financial, construction, chemical, FMCG, and automotive industries. He has authored a number of articles and media statements on tax law, social security, and pension schemes.
