The Ożóg Tomczykowski law firm represented Edipresse Group, a Swiss media holding, in a transaction of sale of selected business lines of its Polish subsidiary Edipresse Polska S.A. to Burda Media Polska.
The Ożóg Tomczykowski law firm provided the client with comprehensive legal and tax advisory in the transaction which covered among others support in negotiating transaction documentation, spin-off of the assets and business lines not intended for sale as well as intra-group restructuring activities connected with the transaction structure agreed by the parties.
The legal team was led by advocate Karol Sowa, partner in charge of the M&A practice, and attorney at law Michał Mieszkiełło, partner in charge of the corporate advisory practice, assisted by attorneys Michał Furgalski, Monika Wystrychowska-Zawiślak and Paweł Szumowski.
