For over a dozen years Anna has been comprehensively supporting clients in tax consulting.

She monitors all changes on an ongoing basis and gets involved in many initiatives as a member of the Lewiatan Confederation’s Tax Council. As a speaker, she shares her experience by taking part in numerous tax planning conferences and seminars.

Anna specializes in tax planning and reorganization of assets for both Polish and international capital groups, as well as for individual Clients. She advises on restructuring and succession processes, including mergers, acquisitions, divisions and transformations. She also provides ongoing services for Polish entities’ core and investment operations, including the creation of tax-effective structures for conducting business outside Poland.
