As an attorney-at-law, Barbara specializes in providing business entities with commercial law and business law advisory services, with particular focus on new technology law. She has extensive experience in conducting negotiations, drawing up legal opinions as well as preparing and reviewing contracts in such areas as IT law and intellectual property law. She advises on all aspects of IT system maintenance and implementation, licences, copyright transfers, and trademark infringements.

Her Polish and foreign clients carry out operations within the IT, automotive, publishing, and entertainment industries. Moreover, Barbara represents clients in court disputes, in particular in commercial proceedings.
