Radosław deals with ongoing indirect-tax consultancy.

Radosław is an attorney-at-law and a Doctor of Laws. He specializes in representing taxpayers in tax proceedings and proceedings before administrative courts and also deals with ongoing indirect-tax consultancy. He gained professional experience in a law firm where he was responsible for litigation, including among other things: conducting administrative, civil and criminal proceedings, issuing legal opinions, and providing ongoing advice to companies and business entities. In the years 2013-2018 Radosław was an assistant judge at the Voivodship Administrative Court in Wrocław; also, in 2017 he was delegated by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court to the Ministry of Justice to perform administrative tasks. In addition, he has authored numerous publications and opinions on administrative law, as well as scientific aids for notary and debt collection trainees.
