Karol has been advising companies on mergers and acquisitions for over a dozen years.

As an advocate, he specialises in commercial law and civil law. He participated in a number of complex M&A transactions having values of billions of PLN. He has been involved for many years in transactions of acquiring and disposing of companies and enterprises, including public companies; he draws up restructuring, investment, and joint-venture agreements.

Karol represents foreign investment funds, international corporations, and domestic businesses that acquire or dispose of their enterprises to financial and/or industry investors. He also helps Polish family businesses and young innovative companies to attract investors.

Karol is a member of supervisory boards in public companies. He participates in congresses and conferences devoted to mergers and acquisitions, and authors publications on that subject.

The Mergers and Acquisitions Practice he manages was twice distinguished in the international ranking of law firms IFLR 1000 in the “M&A” category – in 2022 and 2021.
