She provides comprehensive advice to Polish and international Clients in construction and real estate projects at all the investment implementation stages – from examination of the legal status of real estate, purchase of land, through construction, to the final settlement of the project. Monika has for years provided legal advice on the commercialization of real estate and negotiation of its sale, as well as on preparation and negotiation of contracts, project management with general contractors, rental contracts and contracts for design work.

She comprehensively examines the legal status of real estate, including the determination and assessment of legal risks arising from legal defects in the real estate, along with the preparation of recommendations for their elimination or mitigation. Monika advises foreign insurers of legal titles to real estate on the assessment of legal risks related to the loss of such legal title. She represents Clients before public administration authorities, common and administrative courts in business and real estate matters. She has authored numerous articles and publications on real estate law.
