Patrycja has been providing tax advisory services for over 8 years now, specializing in restructuring transactions, in particular mergers and  acquisitions or divisions of companies, cash and non-cash contributions to companies, and in international tax law.

She is an attorney-at-law and a tax advisor to Polish and international Clients.  Patrycja also manages due diligence projects. She represents Clients in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. On a daily basis, she advises on CIT, PIT, VAT, and Civil Transactions Tax (PCC). Her areas of interest cover regulations governing tax proceedings, tax inspections, and customs & tax control. Her services have been appreciated by companies from different industries: agricultural, tannery, textile, building, real estate, and financial sectors. She has authored articles and other publications on tax law.
