Roksana is an advocate with almost 10 years’ experience supporting both Polish and foreign clients in their day-to-day business operations.

She specializes in broadly understood civil and commercial law, as well as labour law, with particular emphasis on comprehensive management of disputes and negotiations. She has extensive experience in conducting court proceedings, including the specifics of commercial disputes and employment disputes on the employer’s side, as well as criminal and business penal fiscal matters. She represents clients in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. Creating and negotiating full transaction documentation, Roksana advises business entities from the banking industry on debt recovery, as well as on debt restructuring involving hundreds of millions of zloty. She also deals with merger and acquisition transactions advising at all the stages of the transaction process – during due diligences, the preparation and negotiation of transactional documentation.
